Dr. Patricia Gelner

An active member of the St. Louis Optometric Society since 1979, Dr. Gelner has earned a solid reputation for resolving difficult contact lens fits.

Her background includes a B.S. of Optometry and a Doctor of Optometry from Indiana University in 1979. In 1988, she was honored to be chosen as a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.

Dr. Gelner is also trained as an Optometric Clinical Affliate to handle the pre-op and post-op treatment management of patients who want refractive surgery and lasik surgery.

A family eyecare practitioner with a special interest in correcting unique vision problems, Dr. Gelner specializes in hard to fit contact lenses and in the medical treatment of eye disease. Twenty-six years of experience and education keep Dr. Gelner knowledgeable, understanding, and armed with the tools necessary to handle her patients'  vision needs.
